When receiving a call on an IP phone it is not possible to tranfer it to an outside number, only to inside numbers. What should I do to fix this?

As I was telling you in the other thread, check what you have as "transfer-pattern" under "telephony-service". You can have multiple patterns, if you want transfer to external, must include the digit you dial for external access.
