Callmanager utilization

I need to check is my callmanager overloaded, is there any suggestions for this? I have MCS 7835 (CCM 4.2), and sometimes when i dial I have delay. On ccm there is around 800 ip phones. Is there Cisco suggestion to check Callmanager utilization?
