I see listed DL380 G5 with 2.33 GH CPU. Is that set in stone, or can it be a faster CPU, 3.0, 3.4 etc? I know for a fact that the callmanager setup disks check CPU speed and fail if they are not exact. I am pricing out servers now and need to know the CPU speed.

Thats a good question. Never tried this ona custom server that still is better than Cisco MCS servers are. Worst case you can install a licensed copy of Win 2k3 and then use the /nopcd switch while running setup.exe from Unity connection setup files.
