I have an ACD queue, and some of the agents get a message on their phone of "requesting" when they try to logoff, or go Ready after being in a Not Ready state for several minutes. Then they can't do anything, and the only way I can make them available to recieve queue calls, is to delete their user profile, unscribe their ACD functioanality, and dissasociate them from rm jatapi user. Then stop and start the CRA engines and add their profile and ACD functionality back. Does anybody have any idea why these agents phones show "requesting"?
