I downloded my Unity image but I do not see the CUSPA folder or file. Any ideas?

CUSPA is on CiscoUnity4.2.1-ServicePacks-ENU-CD1

Thank you, that solved that problem but now I am being asked for the Data Store 2000 Disc

The Data Store CD is SQL 2000 and is the exact same as the Microsoft one. You can not download this from Cisco. It comes in the Unity CD package.
