Cisco router connectivity throu TX equipment V11 Interface

Is there any way to connect any entry level cisco router to a TX equipment via TX equipment V11 interface?

I need to know if we can use any V11 interface connector cable with smart interface or if we can use any media converter from Ethernet to V11 interface ?

Your help would be highly appreciated.
