what are the differences between IPSectunnel and IPSec over GRE tunnel?

IPSec tunnel is your IP data entrypted/tunneled in IPSec packet.
IPSec over GRE is when you first put IP packet in a GRE (another IP) packet and then apply IPSec encryption/tunneling.
