Hello,

this indicates the TFTP server doesn't find the requested file. Check its configuration and the directories it uses and has access to.

If you install tftp32 (search with the leading engine), it will tell you very easily into which directory the files are, and the request from the router.

Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

The tftp works fine because i copied the currant ios to the tftp server and successfully upload it back by "boot system tftp".

And as you can see i get the seam err msg when i copy the file directly to my flash and use "boot system flash".

all works good with the original IOS but don't work for the other versions.

any ideas?
