I have a Cisco 837 router, how can I get telnet turned on and only accept telnet from a single IP?

Hi
You can make use of access-class command and restrict the access to your router...
access-list 2 permit x.x.x.x
line 1 5
access-class 2 in
Where x.x.x.x is the ip which you need to allow..
