Hello,

Does anyone know what is (On the Cisco CCM) is a key sequence that the user can dial i.e. 8001 or 8002 to turn lamp on / lamp off in the config?

or

What is the key sequence to add / remove the message waiting lamp on the Cisco phones? User IP Phone MWI does not go off so I just wanted to try it manually.

What ever your MWI on and off numbers are (Go to Feature->Voicemail-MWI) if the partition in which these numbers belongs to is accessible to phones (via their CSS) then you can dial MWI on / off numbers (say 8001 for Mwi on, 8002 for mwi off) from the phone to turn the light on and off.
