Call recording limitation in UCCX4.05?

We have implemented a script to conduct automated call recordings for all agents, and have found that some of the recordings for various agents are corrupted and are only 2Kb in size. We use rspan for call recording to eht UCCX server (not endpoint recording) Is there a limitation to the number of calls the server can simultaneously record? If not, any thoughts on what would cause random recordings to be corrupted?

Thanks,

-Scott

The limit for maximum concurrent recordings is 32. An ICD Call Statistics, Recording, and Monitoring Server checks the maximum

number of concurrent recordings. If it reaches the limit of 32, it will not allow any more recordings to be made. If you need to record more than 32 sessions, you can split this recording session into 2 different servers which give you a total of 64 sessions.
