device pool not getting correct callmanager group

I modified a device pool to point to a new callmanager group for some reason

the phone stays with the previous callamanager group settings. eventhough, i manually reset the phone multiple times. i know that the new callmanager group callmanager prefered works because i had a new ip communicator conected to it, and it show it under the settings.

I also noticed that the phones that i am testing belong before to another device pool before the move and keep this settings.can it be that something got stucked?. Another issue that i noticed is

that the old device pool had a srst reference however when i move them to the new device pool with a different callmanger pool, i noticed that it still has the srst reference it it, eventhough new device pool does not have srst reference.?

any sugestions to what to look for?

Which version CCM? Should work, unless something has not been updated correctly or fully reset.

Have you tried to reset the device pool?

Maybe try updating the phone and reset it again.
