Classification of calls

Is it possible in IPCCX that a agent can classify a call himself if it is an order or a reclamation and that this classification can be used for reporting purposes?

IPCCX comes up with the out of the box options, if you can classify call at the Queue level, i mean in the scripts then it would be give you better reports.
