Hello,
What is the best procedure to reduce downtimes to upgrade 2 ASA5520 in failover from 7.0.2 to 7.2.2 and to change their activation keys to allow more contextes ?
From what I read, to have no downtime for the software upgrade, we should go from 7.0 to 7.1 then to 7.2
But for the activation key, I only found a procedure for PIX, not for ASA, which gives a few mins downtime.
Is there a way to upgrade the activation keys on a ASA pair without downtime ?
(because if there is a downtime, then we'll upgrade directly from 7.0 to 7.2 and change the activation key at the same time)
Thanks in advance for your output,
Karim
Edit: sorry, just saw I posted in wrong place but don't know how to move it
