In CCM 4.1 is it possible to auto generate and then e-mail a user bill detailed report? I can see the e-mail and auto generate options for system type reports but cannot find anything on the user bill reports.
Go to CAR | Report Config | Automatic Generation|Alert, there you will find the available reports we have for auto-generation and email. You my check Individual Bill summary, take into account that those only can be autoemailed to CAR Admins....
Thanks, can I configure the report for an individual extension number with call detail on a daily basis?
