We have IPCC 7.1 with CRS 4.0 version. From last 2 days the ICM subsystem on the both CRS servers are showing partial service. As a result of this the ICM is not able to run external VRU scripts and drops the call. The CRS logs under Server traces show that the server had crashed yesterday.

1. Checked connectivity between CRS and ICM and its fine

2. Port defined in ICM subsystem is 9999

3. We are experiencing the same problem on both CRS servers.

What is the reason that ICM subsystem is in partial service?

Review the MIVR logs on the IVR servers to find the details.

Hello there,

Thanks, I reviewed the logs and was able to identify a problem with a IVR script. Modified and it started working fine.

Many thanks for your advise.
