DS-X9032 SFP transmit power

We are having some problems in connecting our MDS-es from our DC to DRC using a 1 Gbps DWDM link. I notice that transmit power on our DS-X9032 is in the range of -1.5 dbm (max) to -10 dbm (min). Is there anyway to hardcode that to a certain level? Because we just want to make sure that our MDS will be talking with the same level of tx power to our DWDM CPE device.

Any opinion will be greatly appreciated.

No, this cannot be configured. The db levels are determined by which transceiver you use.
