I have 2 sites, one site is a 3640 to PSTN via FXO, the other site is a 5300 to a switch. I use Connetion PLAR to connect 2 sites via internet. The IOS in 3640 is IOS (tm) 3600 Software (C3640-JS-M), Version 12.2(31), RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2), in 5300 is IOS (tm) 5300 Software (C5300-JS-M), Version 12.3(6), RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3). My problem is sometimes when users finished a call, the call did not hang up in the switch, especially when there is no one answer at the switch side, this call will be busy for a long time in the switch. Is there any configuration in the 5300, like a FXO supervisory disconnect, to inform the switch when the call has been hung up. But I do not have this problem with this 5300 with other voice traffic, like the traffic from another 5300.

If the FXO Supervisory Disconnect Tone feature is configured and a detectable tone from the PSTN or PBX is
detected by the digital signal processor (DSP), the analog FXO port goes on-hook. You can configure the router's FXO voice port to detect supervisory disconnect tones before the audio path is established (before the call is answered).

Thanks.
Yes, I have configured FXO to detect supervisory disconnect as follows:
!
voice class dualtone 90
freq-pair 1 350 440
freq-pair 2 480 850
freq-pair 3 1000 1250
!
!
voice-port 1/0/0
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call voice-class 90
timeouts call-disconnect 5
timeouts wait-release 5
connection plar 6262336898
!
voice-port 1/0/1
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call voice-class 90
timeouts call-disconnect 5
timeouts wait-release 5
connection plar 6262336898
!
But I am not sure this configuration is correct, since this 3640 is in Ecuador, I can not find the cptone or detailed information for this country.
And is this enough? Nothing at 5300 side?
Thanks a lot.
