call recording software

hi

i wish to know how can we use some third party call recording softwsre to record calls and what will be the configuration on ccme.currently i am using ccme4.0 on 2800 router.

Hello,

there are many third-party software to do this. if you search in the forum, you will find a thread with the names, and I have even more names.

No configuration on the CCME is necessary. The software works by capturing signaling an voice streams from a span port on the switch.
