Hi,
I have a question about PIX 515E....is possible to upgrade IOS for this machine?
And what is the lastest version?

Yes, you can always upgrade the Software on any Cisco Appliance including PIX 515E.
You may get a detailed information about the PIX Appliances on the following URL

However information regarding the PIX OS (IOS is generally referred to Routers/Switch OS) could be located at

and PIX OS 7.2 is the latest OS as of now.
