Can CDR be exported as a csv file in CCM5.x?

If you are looking for something similiar to CallManager 4.x, yes this option is available with CM 5.x as well. Please check

Also, since CDR on CallManager 5.x is saved in flat files and not Database, you can configure CM to move it to a different server as well using SFTP. Checck the following:
