Caller id for second line on 7941

I have multiple 7941-G that have two lines The first line is 72401. It has a max of 2 and busy trigger of 1 (for IPCC)

The first line forwards to the second line is the line is busy. Is there a way to increase the time that the second line caller id is displayed when you are active on line 1 It seems to be at 5 seconds right now.

Line 2 is 72402.

According to Cisco, we shouldn't change the Max to 4 and the busy to 2 on IPCC phones.

I have this problem too.

I think the problem is because of cisco bug CSCdw86063. The problem is resolved in Cisco CallManager releases:
