Call Recording with W2K vs XP

My client running the Supervisor Desktop on W2K can only record (and play back) agents running the Agent Desktop on XP.

Any advise will be very much appreciated.

Not applicable

Do you mean that the monitoring is not working? Make sure that there is no layer 3 switching between the phones being Monitored and the VoIP server.
