Hi,
Can anyone help how or what is the procedure of getting a replacement for my 1 7941 with Cisco? It got a half LCD display.

You will have to open a TAC case to get an replacement for a phone. To know how to open a TAC case, please check:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/support/tsd_contact_technical_support.html
You will have to open a new case/service request to get the part RMAed.
Alternative would be to send an email to tac@cisco.com with your Contract ID, Serial Number of the Phone and device model (For 7941 it is CP-7941G)
