IPCCX Recording Format

Need assistance in understanding the recording files format. For example:

200706071022460000111309John.Smith.To.Raw

yyyymmddhhmmss??????xxxxAgentID.direction.RAW

where xxxx is the agent extension followed by the agent ID. Just trying to figure out if those middle 6 digits represent anything. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The naming convention used for is as follows:

____

Where Date the file was recorded

Time the file was recorded

Counter that is reset every time the agent logs in. It is incremented

sequentially starting from 00000 every time a recording of that agent is made

during that session.

The extension of the agent recorded

The ID of the agent recorded

Hi,

Is it mandatory to have the voice gateway on the same network where the call is being recorded. What if my voice gateway is located at service provider end.
