I do not know of any specific tool that does this, however use the generic Trace Route command or try the Microsoft Path Ping command. These will give you Layer 3 results but not Layer 2 results. You will not see any switches (layer 2) that your traffic is going through unless it is set for Layer 3...Good Luck..Please rate...
