Hello,
I'm using a Cisco Call Manager 4.2(3)with TSP function integrated with Microsoft Outlook.
The on-net calls works perfectly but the off-net calls ( interpose with # ) have a delay of 24 seconds.
Someone has the same problems ?

Hi,
do you have the procedure for integrating TSP with Outlook , am using call manager 5.1
i can find anything on the web ,your help will be appreciated.
