I have heard good things about tftpd32 and its ability to handle large files, though I do not know if it does 100 MB. You can find information here:

http://tftpd32.jounin.net/

I frequently use 3cdaemon for TFTP and for FTP and have had good success with it. You can find it here:

You didn't mention an OS, but the standard TFTP that comes with FreeBSD is fully RFC compliant, and supports arbitrarily large files. There is also a good Open Source TFTP server called tftp-hpa (ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/software/network/tftp/) which can also handle large files.

yes I forgot to mention OS.... For Microsoft Win XP.

Thanks

HI Rick,

The 3CD had limits on file sizes... it stops at abt 30 MB, but the tftpd32 worked well - I managed 80 MB .. so this one looks good. Thanks again.
