From the file you posted:

Chassis Temperature = 36 degrees Celsius

Chassis Over Temperature Threshold = 75 degrees Celsius

Chassis Critical Temperature Threshold = 95 degrees Celsius

_____________________________________________

36 Celsius seems a bit high operating environment and I believe that's the reason for the warning light being on.

Cisco says the led should go orange when Supervisor engine temperature sensor exceeds minor threshold (that is 75 Celsius)

Please post the output from typing

show test

and

show module

I checked your file again and :

PEM WS-X4095-PEM -- bad/off

This can also be causing the orange led.

hi, it could be your FAN, please so

" show sys " and look at FAN status.

Friend,

The SuP shows orange if either one of the power supply or the Fan is switched off.

as per the logs, it seems either the fan or power supply is not working and hence you are seeing the orange light

HTH, rate if it does
