Hi Everybody,
After applying SR2b patch to CCM 4.2.3 SR1 we've got a problem when in CCM Administration, any screen that we change settings and click Update will freeze and stuck with Processing.... message on the bottom of web browser. If you open another browser and go to the same menu the data was not updated and the first browser session will be frozen forever.
Event and System logs on the server do not show anything.
If any one knows how to troubleshoot this, please, respond.

IIS logs should anything?

The reason is probably with the version of your pc's java. Try to update it and check if it happens again. I've had the same issue with other upgrades.
Also, if your are updating DNs go to route plan report and check if you have the same DNs in the unassigned status.

Thanks for reply. I tried JRE 1.4 1.5 and 1.6
from different client PC's and server. It always the same result -- frozen browser. This has something to do with the CCM Administration after the patch.
