Async Line Configuration

Hi

i am working with 1841 with WIC-2A/s . created Async lines. when i try to telnet to Async lines its connecting. i am able to communicate for very short period after some time communication is going down if i type alphabets of 26 i am able to get only 10 out of it here i am attaching the configuration. plz tell me how to resolve this error.

Hyper terminal side : 9600/8/1/non/Hardware flow control

remote telnet : 192.168.1.202 2018

INFO: Cisco IOS support multi-protocol packet assembler/disassembler (PAD)

services to allow asynchronous terminals to connect to hosts via the X.25 protocol.

PAD services are enabled by default on cisco routers. Disable the service unless

absolutely needed.
