we are trying to connect a matra PABX on a 2801 gateway with ccm 4.1 (mgcp)

we crossed pin 4,5 and 3,6 on the RJ-45 cable

green LED 0K is ON

when we call a matra phone (PABX) from an IP-phone, we have busy tone

should be a problem with TEI ?
