Hi,
I'm afraid, but looks like a hardware issue (with Flash).
Would you please go through this URL and check if its one of the known issues that you are facing?

Hi,
No worries, as long as the Router has no Hardware issues, it can be always brought up.
Would please give a bit more details by issuing the dir flash: command at the Rommon mode.
We shall be more than happy to help you out.
