Display Real-Time Stats

I am looking for a solution alternative for displaying on a plazma screen the call queue stats fron IPCC Express. Looking for something better display-wise than what is from the RealTime reporting tool in IPCCExpress. Any third party applications someone can suggest?

You can get some wall board displays which are used in many call centers to display the real-time reporting status of the call center. Wallboards can display such data as available agents in CSQs, call volumes, talk times, wait times, and number of handled calls.

CRA 3.0 provides support for the following third-party wallboard displays:

Direct Control from NOVA Corporation - http://www.inovacorp.com/

Spectrum Ultra-Link II with Front End from Spectrum Corporation - http://www.specorp.com/

You must purchase a wallboard separately from Cisco CRA products. The wallboard hardware is configured and controlled by the wallboard software, both of which are supported by the third-party wallboard vendors, not by Cisco.
