CCM SQL Query!!!!!!!!

I am doing SQL Query to find who is calling 911. However, I found a really old record, like 2005.

I try to call my cell phone, but the record show like 2006. For reason the SQL database doesnt collect the CDR anymore.

Is there anything I need to enable?? I check the service parameter "CDR enable" set to true.

I only enable at the publisher. Do I need to turn on this service at subscriber??

Hi ken,

One reason why SQL doesnt collect the CDR is the disk space issue.Make sure that you have sufficient disk space.If you have low disk on disk space,you can delete old record/log on CDR.

I just checked the Harddrive space... there is a lot of space...
