I am currently running ACS 3.1 on a Windows 2000 server. I am preparing to replace this server with a new Win 2K3 box, and have discovered that ACS 3.1 won't run on it. Is there any way to make this work or patch it so it will work? I really don't want to purchase a new version of this software.
Thanks.

You really don't want to run ACS 3.1 on Windows 2003 as it was designed to store lots of its configuration in the registry which has changed significantly since W2k. I'd build a new W2k box before doing 2k3 and ACS 3.1 .
I've run 3.3.2 on Win2k3, Sp1 and Sp2 and got nothing but grief with the loggers hanging. There are significant bugs that you'll encounter with your proposed deployment, look in the bug tracker for 3.1 and be amazed.

Okay.....I'll likely setup a new Windows 2000 box then for ACS. Thanks for the information.
