Currently, all Cisco Agent Desktop take an extra minute to connect to our IPCC server after we changed the ip address. We are using Cisco Application Administration - 3.5.
Performing a nestat on the PCs trying to connect shows that it first tries to connect to the old ip and after 30 seconds connects to the new one.
Is this related to a setting on IPCC or the desktop PCs themselves? anybody know how i can get the CAD to connect directly to the new ip address?
