WIC-1SHDSL V2 not detected on CISCO 1760 router

Hi,

We have installed a WIC 1SHDSL V2 on a CISCO 1760 router in slot 1. The slot1 led on the router is green, but the OK led on the card remain off. As stated in documentation this indicates that the card is not detected. We try 3 differents cards and we have the same result (refer to show inventory section in the tech-support file here attached). Can somebody help to fix this problem ?

Hello,

WIC-1SHDSL-V2 requires 12.3(4)XG or higher.

Your IOS is 12.3 mainline so even if it has (10) is too old. Suggest you upgrade to 12.4 mainline.
