Active SNMP monitoring of RPS675 at CISCO 2811

Hi!

I've difficulties getting an usable response while asking for the status of the RPS. These are the objects I have tried:

CISCO-ENVMON-MIB::ciscoEnvMonSupplyStatusTable.1

CISCO-ENTITY-FRU-CONTROL-MIB::cefcFRUPowerSupplyTable.1

CISCO-C2900-MIB::c2900InfoRedunantPowerSupplyInfo.1

CISCO-STACK-MIB::chassisPs2Status.1

The 1st one just lists the main power supply and the rest doesn't exist on agent.

Is there a way to actively access the RPS status?

Our IOS image is version 12.4(8).

I forgot to mention that the RPS is connected and working, output of my "show env":

Main Power Supply is AC

Redundant Power Supply is attached

RPS status: ready/available

Thanks for your help!

Marco

What response are you getting when you just walk the objects without .1 on the end? Does it return the full table?

I get the full table for CISCO-ENVMON-MIB::ciscoEnvMonSupplyStatusTable and nothing for the other oids:

CISCO-ENVMON-MIB::ciscoEnvMonSupplyStatusDescr.1 = STRING: Main Power Supply

CISCO-ENVMON-MIB::ciscoEnvMonSupplyState.1 = INTEGER: normal(1)

CISCO-ENVMON-MIB::ciscoEnvMonSupplySource.1 = INTEGER: ac(2)

The other OIDs are just explaining "No Such Object available on this agent at this OID".

What type of device is this?

As mentioned in the subject it's an RPS675 thats connected to an 2811 (integrated services router). The redundant power supply has no network interface and is simply connected to AC power and the router.

Is there really no chance?

We just don't want to recieve any traps because it's the router outside.
