Not sure if this is the right forum for this question, but if not perhaps you can point me in the right direction...
Our company recently purchased Cisco MeetingPlace, and as a member of our training team, I have been included in some testing and training of the product.
We are using Lotus Notes for our email and during our testing phase have found that when we click on the Meeting URL in the email invitation, it tries to open in Lotus Notes, which causes and error.
Is there a setting that the Administrator can set to have the link open using Internet Explorer?
If not, we need to send additional instructions to the user to copy and paste the Meeting URL into an Internet Explorer Broweser. Can email invitation be customized to include this or any other applicable instructions for the user?
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated - thanks in advance.
