VG224 MGCP OR SCCP WHICH TO CHOOSE?

I am trying to find a document that explains the benefits of going either mgcp or sccp for the signaling. Is there benefits pros/cons

With CallManager, SCCP is the best option until CM 4.x and with CM 5.x onwards, you can use both SCCP and SIP. Check the following link for information about feature support for H323, MGCP, SCCP, SIP with CallManager and CallManager Express.
