We will be setting up a Call Mgr 5.1 system in Ireland in the coming weeks, and I was told that there are international templates that cisco has created to make setup easier (dial tones/rings, announcers, etc).
If so were might I find these templates and are they easy to install/configure?
Thanks,
-Scott

Hi Scott,
The files you are referring to are Locale Files. Have a look;
The Cisco Unified Communications Locale Installer is used in connection with Cisco Unified Communications Manager and other Cisco Unified family of products. The installer adds support for languages other than English, in addition to network tones and cadences not specific to the United States.
You can download the Locale Files here;
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/callmgr-locale-51
Hope this helps!
