Hi,

We would like to implement the QoS to E1 circuit. Do we enable both sides? or only end? please advise

Generally speaking you would enable it on both ends of the circuit.

QoS should be end to end and in both directions to work properly

You need enable every hop along the path that the QOS traffics go.In your case you would do as Jon stated.
