One option is to use a shared line that appears on both phones, 7000 for example. Then setup a voicemail box for extension 7000. Take a look at the following link.

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

You create a subscriber with the extension of 7000. Once you create the subscriber, find the subscriber and select the subscriber once found, Under this subscriber, find alternate extension which will be listed to the left Enter extension 100 in 1 and 101 in 2 and make sure to click the save button. That should work for you. Let me know if you have any further help.

on hunt pilot 7000 configuration page, set hunt noan & busy to VM pilot. This will make the 7000 as final redirect number.

use 100 and 101 as member of hunt group 7000.

make sure don't use 100/101 as the phone's main number, use them as secondary or third number on the phones ( this will gurantee when you press the vm button, the phone call will not go into vm 7000 box.)

create a subscriber, number as 7000. In alternate extension config page, input 100 and 101.

when a call to 7000, (I assume you want this way )will first ring 100, then 101, noan or busy will go to 7000's VM.

from 100 or 101 phone, press the 100 button, then press vm button, you will go into 7000 vm.

Hope this can help.

thanks all are intresting and i will try them.

The thing is that i am stuck with a hunt pilot of 7000 that rings on both ext 100 and 101 (incoming calls).

i might try to see what will happens if i use the last suggested solution.

may be also i will use the no coverage and check the prefered check box on the Hunt pilot

Good day
