First off, its a 2006 controller running 4.1.171 and its a 1230B-series access point (I dont know why its called the B series, it has an A and a G radio also!) It seems to have successfully converted to lightweight mode and has successfully connected to the controller. Here is the messed up part. The b and g radio is down. In the CLI it shows that radio as shutdown. I cannot enable it. I uploaded the latest LWAPP image from ciscos site to the access point when i converted it.

How do I enable this radio?

Also, on my 1240's that have already converted and have been running, they use the PoE method of obtaining power. This 1230 does also, but the settings for the 1230 in the WLC do not have me check the box for PoE. Whats up with this?
