show mac-address-table dynamic .. that is if this is a layer 2 switch, this command will only show layer 2 MAC addresses, is this switch is connected to a router you need to go into a router and reference the mac adddress in question retreaved from the switch to aquire the layer 3 address.

on the router then you can issue:

show ip arp 0099.3334.3334 this is the 48Bit hardware address retreaved from the switch.

Not directly, you can find the MAC address of connected devices, and then look those addresses up in the ARP table. It can be a tedius operation, but there are tools out there that will automate the process.
