QOS on Call Manager server / SQL errors

I'm having a problem with my publisher and subscriber servers briefly loosing connectivity to each other (physically located in two different buildings). The error logs on the Call Manager servers simply indicate that they can not talk to each other but that's about as much info as I could get from the logs.

QOS is enabled everywhere and the voice quality sounds great however I am starting to wonder if possibility the SQL traffic from CCM is not prioritized which is causing the outage.

By default how is the SQL traffic marked as it leaves CCM (i.e. what COS / DSCP values)? What can be done ensure that it is prioritized?
