cdr table in the database showing emplty

Hi

We have installed the cdr and assigned it to a subscriber but still the cdr in the database is empty.Is there any service parameter or enterprise parameter to be enabled.The ccm ver we are running is 4.2(3).

I have this problem too.

I have enabled the things mentioned as given in cause 2.Except for

1 It says the call manager is standalone but we have a pub and sub.But i am not sure how to get the cluster id.

2 Local cdr path is the default as mentioned.

3 Cdr unc path is hostname/CDR.

Do services need restart after the changes?
