I got 01 x Cisco 1721 router, with 02 x FE WIC cards installed, running on IOS ver 12.3(20).
I would like to simulate a simple WAN cloud to test 02 BlueCoat applicances. The speed should be 512kbps, latency 100ms.
Is this possible?

may be the interface command: "traffic-shape rate" can limit the traffic speed.
