Hi
im facing an issue with MOH in CCM 5 with H323 GW .
even internally also MOH is also not working.
only thing i can hear is BEEP .
im posting GW config .

On the CallManager, for the Gateway, do you have a MRGL assigned which has access to the MoH Servers ?

On the CM, you will have to assign this MRGL to the Gateway. If the MRGL is not assigned to the GW you will face an issue
